Stage 1
Agreement signed
The partnership officially begins with the signing of a CAE Agreement between Axioris and the client. This contractual document is essential to guarantee the traceability of the ownership of the savings and the compensation to the original owner. The Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge clearly defines the methods for valuing its Energy Saving Certificates.
Commitment to action
The client initiates their energy efficiency project by signing the relevant contractual documents: budget, Service Order, or equivalent. This step is crucial, as the Energy Efficiency Agreement (CAE) must be signed before the project begins.

Collection of the invoice and technical documentation
Upon completion of the project, Axioris compiles the required documentation: final invoice, certificate of completion, photographic report, and technical report. The required documents include the technical report or project plan, the final certificate of completion and installation, and the photographic report. Our experts verify that all documentation complies with current regulations.
Verification by an accredited verifier
The Spanish CAE system requires an independent verification stage. Generated CAEs must be verified by an energy savings verifier accredited by the National Accreditation Entity (ENAC) in order to be registered in the CAE system. Axioris coordinates this process with the verifier and ensures that the necessary favorable assessment is obtained.

Request for issuance to the Regional Manager
Once all the documentation has been gathered and a favorable opinion obtained, the relevant Autonomous Community Manager is asked to issue the CAE (Environmental Authorization Certificate). Axioris manages this process through the electronic headquarters of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO).
CAE premium payment
Following official validation and issuance of certificates by the Regional Manager, and registration in the National Register by the National Coordinator, Axioris proceeds with the payment of the CAE premium. This financial aid directly rewards the energy savings achieved during the project.
